It isn't just the play/pause button on my keyboard that's giving me troubles, its playing and pausing in general.

However, when I click the blue 'install' button, a black border appears around the button but nothing appears to happen. As far as I can tell, this is unique to Netflix as for example, I can still install Candy Crush (another app that I own).
