Capitol Market is home to an eclectic collection of specialty shops, groceries and eateries featuring a wine and cheese shop, fish market, butcher shop, chocolatier, coffee shop, WV art and collectibles as well as the always popular Soho’s Italian Restaurant.

Bogey’s BBQ & Grill is the latest culinary sensation to join Capitol Market, offering a delightful twist on traditional BBQ. Known for our award-winning grilled beef hot dog, voted best in the state by Taste WV, we serve up a tantalizing menu that includes grilled shrimp tacos, tri-tip Philly, and pork belly burnt ends.

The Purple Onion is a super hip, locally owned grocery store inside Capitol Market. We carry everything from fresh, WV grown produce to bulk Amish foods. We also have many unique specialty items that you won’t find at other chain grocery stores. We also make fresh salads, soups and lunches daily!

The Wine & Cheese Shop was one of the original merchants when Capitol Market opened in 1997. We pride ourselves on friendly, helpful service and passion about helping our customers find exactly what they want in a unique environment.
