Dec 24, 2020 · idk why it happens but I found a couple fixes on reddit: Right click the desktop, go to View > Show Desktop icons. Then right click again, go to View > Show Desktop icons again. OR. Right click the desktop, go to View > Small icons. Then right click again, go to View > Medium icons (or whatever size you used to use). This should do the trick.
