I find that they run fairly true to size, not necessarily by the months but by the weight and length listed on the tags. But overall, the run a bit smaller than other companies. DS was in 3-6 month Old Navy before anywhere else. Check the weights and length listed.

Nov 16, 2012 · DS is in 9 months clothes because he's long, they have quite a bit of room width-wise still. We have an Old Navy baby snowsuit that's 6-12 that fits but is snug. I don't think he'd fit it once he was in regular (like Carter's) 12 month size.

My LO has been consistently just about the same percentiles as your LO (75th weight, 55th height). He switched to 6-12 in Gap/Old Navy around 5 months old. He's now in 6-12 and 12-18 but the 12-18 fit his waist (the pants) but are too long. Hope this helps. Your DD is precious!

Jul 14, 2012 · Old Navy has always been SO hard for me to size, so I went & tried on some maternity stuff there before ordering (we have a store with it across town). I'm 5'4-1/2" and 125-130 pre pregnancy. I wear a 4 in their maternity pants/shorts VERY comfortably- they fit so much better than non-mat. old navy ever did lol. Size small for shirts/dresses too.

Old Navy runs small, but maybe because I have issues with the clothes shrinking. I buy 24 months & DD wears 18 months in most clothes. As for the Gap I haven't bought for my LO in awhile, but I think they were pretty true to size.
