Settings-Apps-Installed Apps-Mail & Calendar advanced options-Scroll down and terminate the running processes. Replied on January 16, 2023. Report abuse. My bad. Ok, this could be related to the widely reported bug between yahoo and the mail app. The bug is that when a yahoo email that is linked to the mail app receives an email, the email would get displayed as HTML, like a website code.
