May 7, 2017 · Do you have the Windows 10 task bar on auto-hide? It will re-appear if you scroll down to the bottom of the screen. Personally, I don't play Win10 in "full screen"- I use windowed mode and expand it.

Right-click the taskbar, click "properties", check the box saying "auto-hide the taskbar", click "apply" then "ok". Then turn on tablet mode and run the game. It should be in fullscreen.
