Jan 9, 2022 · I had the opportunity to build a Lightsaber at Savi's Workshop with my son and his wife on my Disney vacation in November 2021 and I can tell you firsthand that it was amazing! It was a Star Wars religious experience! There are three AAA batteries in a Savi's Workshop Handbuilt Lightsaber.

To build your own lightsaber, you will need to visit Savi's Workshop at Disney's Hollywood Studios. You can make reservations for Savi's Workshop 180-days in advance of your visit. I highly recommend doing so as this is a very popular experience. You can book your reservations using your My Disney Experience app. The cost is $199.99 plus tax.

May 26, 2023 · In order to access the batteries, you'll have to unscrew the bottom end cap of your lightsaber. The bottom portion of the pommel should unscrew counterclockwise. This will reveal the black battery pack within. Push the battery pack in a bit, then gently twist it counterclockwise to release it and remove it from the lightsaber.

Dec 6, 2022 · First, try to replace the batteries inside your lightsaber. When replacing your battery pack, be sure to press the battery pack down and twist it to lock it in. You'll also want to make sure that the red arrows are aligned, pointing to the Kyber Crystal. Occasionally, the lightsaber blade can become loose after the many battles it's seen.
