'09 Chevy Express -- cruise control not working
gmtech1. 11-05-2013, 10:56 AM. We have a 2009 6.0 L Chevy Express 15 passenger van. The cruise control is not working although the small little orange light does come on when pressing the set button. I could not find the fuse for this, if it even has a fuse. Any idea on how to fix this?

Mar 1, 2005 · Diablo and Superchips will have tuners available or already may at this time; haven't checked this past several weeks. Supercharging is a big kicker and the lower ends should be able to hold a 5 to 7 lb boost with no problem, maybe even 8 or more.

02-06-2004, 05:56 PM. It's normal for 02 sensors to give an oscillation reading as the exaust gasses are continuously varying with 02 content. I normally read 02 sensors on the AC scale on my DVM on the mv level. A flat .8VDC reading is an indication of a bad 02 sensor. Change one of the 02 sensors on bank 2 out.

Fords are notorious for a wire losing connection inside the shifter itself. they said the quickest option was to just replace the whole shifter (takes about 20 minutes and cost just under $100.00). another option is to try and find the wire that is losing connection and re solder it.

Nov 4, 2009 · The 6 liter got 129 changes from the 03 model to the 04 model including different oil rails, HP pump fittings, ICP, IPR, EGR cooler. etc. I work on Diesels everyday, and the most common problem that is seen out of a 6.0 is the EGR cooler goes bad. $600 fix and you'll more than likely not have anymore problems.

Dec 2, 2004 · If I had the money, I would definately go with a 6.0L punched out to a 408, diamond pistons, etc. Then I would slap on either the ls6 f.a.s.t intake or hold out until people starting selling the stock ls2 intakes.(Performance shops have given me word that the stock ls2 intake flows better than the f.a.s.t).

This gives more power by revving the engine higher, it also may cost you 2mpg or so. My Yukon XL K2500 - 6 liter engine, 4WD, 4.10 rear axle gets 10 mpg city and 14 mpg highway.
