Apr 17, 2022 · Corsair H60 AIO: This is a standard upgrade for the R12, made a huge difference in CPU temps and made the system much quieter overall, one thing to note is I did do the fan sandwich with a push pull configuration on the fans using 2x corsair ML120 pro fans. I also used arctic silver 5 thermal paste instead of the one on the corsair H60.

Was going to reuse the AIO, but decided to go for a 240mm instead. My userbenchmark score increased from 30th percentile all the way up to 70th percentile with the new motherboard.

Feb 16, 2022 · Undervolt your GPU with MSI Afterburner. Maybe give a CPU power limit. Upgrade fans. Check GPU VRAM temps and repaste or install backplate heatsinks as needed. Run performance fan profile and make sure system has good access to air. Basically you want to limit power consumption (which produces heat) and improve airflow (which removes heat) true.

Sep 17, 2022 · hey, i recently upgraded my R12 to 32gb ram using 2x 16 sticks of Kingston fury beast. 3200mhz. 1- first reset my pc, loaded bios. 3- booted up. 6-booted... give it a few minutes.... 7- system preloaded XMP profile 2 for the fury. (xmp profile 2 is 3000 mhz for the fury). system booted/works fine.
