Apr 26, 2011 · Its fine to use an M4 Barrel with a non-N4 (rifle) upper but if you have the barrel already is much simpler to just buy a M-4 upper and just replace the upper the barrel is harder to build.....I have even cut ramps on a rifle upper and it really wasent needed...
