MyChart lets you see your medications, test results, upcoming appointments, medical bills, price estimates, and more all in one place, even if you've been seen at multiple healthcare organizations.

MyChart is powered by Epic, the software system used by the world's best healthcare organizations.

Enter your MyChart username and password, and click Sign In. Download the MyChart mobile app from the Google Play Store (for Android) or the App Store (for Apple iOS). Open the app and search for your healthcare organization. You can search by location or by organization name.

Epic is our electronic health records system, which includes your MyChart patient portal. We moved all previous patient portals—Blue, Gold, HealtheLife, Eye Center, and Emory Decatur—into a single, easy-to-use system.
