Prince Sadruddin Aga Khan (17 January 1933 – 12 May 2003) was a French-born statesman and activist who served as United Nations High Commissioner for Refugees from 1966 to 1977, during which he reoriented the agency's focus beyond Europe and prepared it for an explosion of complex refugee issues.

Aga Khan (Persian: آقاخان; Arabic: آغا خان; also transliterated as Aqa Khan and Agha Khan) [1] is a title held by the Imām of the Nizari Ismāʿīli Shias. From 1957 to 2025, the holder of the title was the 49 th hereditary Imām, Prince Shah Karim al-Hussaini, Aga Khan IV (1936–2025).
