Jun 24, 2021 · Using some of the TPM/Secureboot bypass methods will get W11 to install and bypass the checks, which includes a CPU check. I had a Rufus modified install, which I tried to run in windows to update, and it failed the check because it updated the install during the install.

Jun 20, 2021 · Successfully upgraded my 4GB/64GB Surface 3 to Win11. Used the official MS registry key method. Going through Windows Update didn't work. Downloaded the ISO from the MS site, mounted it using Explorer, and ran setup.exe. Skipped the "download updates during install process" option just in case.
