The Indiana Fever bested the Atlanta Dream in their final preseason matchup before heading to the regular season. Brittney Griner had to walk off early on, followed by Sophie Cunningham at halftime due to a right ankle injury. Post game WNBA made an appreciative announcement.

The Fever secured an 81-76 victory in their final preseason game against the Atlanta Dream to finish the preseason 3-0. The Fever held a 42-40 lead at the half and led comfortably throughout the fourth quarter. Atlanta put up a fight in the final minutes to pull within six but it was overall a comfortable win for Indiana.

On Saturday, the Atlanta Dream had their final WNBA preseason game against the Indiana Fever. Although their newly-acquired star, Brittney Griner, didn't spend much time on the floor. However, the other players were able to take the chance to showcase their talent.
