MESA, AZ (February 17, 2025) - Monday morning, Damarya Zyberi, Troy Garlock, and Elsie Garlock died in a reckless crash on Val Vista Drive.

Troy Garlock, 42, was pronounced dead at the scene of the Feb. 3 three-car accident. His daughter Elsie died later that day. Another daughter Mabel, 6, was mending in the hospital.
