Canadian dessert chain La Diperie has signed a lease for 1,200 square feet at Midwood Investment and Development’s 56 Seventh Avenue.

Paint ’N Pour, which creates painting parties that pair food and beverage with the chance to create original art, is opening its third location in New York City.
