A federal judge is set to hear arguments on whether to hold Rudy Giuliani in contempt of court for continuing to spread lies about two Georgia election workers after they secured a $148 million defama

It’s hard to tell if Rudy Giuliani is playing dumb, or if he’s lost his everloving mind. How else to explain the guy who used to run the Southern District of New York telling a federal judge that he didn’t turn over his emails in discovery because he didn’t consider them “communications”?

Giuliani was grilled in court last week at a hearing to determine whether he should be held in contempt for defying court orders tied to a defamation judgment against him.
