WARSAW, Jan. 21 (Xinhua) -- Polish midfielder Jakub Moder has signed for Feyenoord from Brighton and Hove Albion, the Dutch club said on Tuesday. The Pole's contract is valid until June 2028, and according to local media, Feyenoord paid a transfer fee of 3.5 million euros.

Moder, who is only 25, has left Brighton and will be joining Feyenoord permanently. A signing in 2020 from Lech Poznan, Moder struggled for game time this season.

Dutch side Feyenoord have confirmed the signing of Brighton and Hove Albion midfielder Jakub Moder. The two clubs agreed on a transfer fee that could exceed £3 million ($3.7m), with Moder signing a three-and-a-half year deal with Feyenoord through to 2028.
