The corner of 18th Avenue and Albany Street has been abandoned for years. Now, a plumbing school wants to take the plunge and build on the abandoned lot.
A new plumbing apprenticeship school is planned for Beech Grove, to replace an empty lot and create 21 jobs, along with drawing in 500 students each week.
