Prosecutors refiled lesser charges against Raul Valle following a partial verdict in the Preppy Party Murder Trial.

HARTFORD, Conn. (WFSB) - Raul Valle is a free man tonight, but he still has some criminal charges over his head. Valle was found not guilty of murder last week in the stabbing death of James McGrath.
