Apple's (NASDAQ:AAPL) much hyped artificial intelligence enhancements have failed to boost sluggish iPhone sales, said analyst Ming-Chi Kuo on Friday, adding that the company's users just aren't interested in Apple Intelligence.

Although Apple has rolled out its Apple Intelligence platform over the last few weeks, it has failed to stem declining iPhone sales in some countries. Ming-Chi Kuo, an industry analyst, has said that iPhone sales have significantly declined in mainland China.

Kuo says the delay that took place between the unveiling of Apple intelligence in June 2024 and its delayed launch after the new iPhone 16 lineup hit shelves significantly declined the appeal of Apple Intelligence when compared to cloud-based services like ChatGPT.
