He was dressed like an MTA employee, complete with an MTA hat, vest, shirt and keys he was not authorized to have, at the time of this arrest. He also had a MetroCard issued only to MTA employees.

Police posted a photo of a t-shirt, hat and orange vest with the MTA logo on them, along with a toolbelt that had a walkie-talkie and a flashlight with an MTA sticker on it, among other tools.
