Saquon Barkley is already in the record books thanks to his illustrious debut for the Philadelphia Eagles, becoming just the ninth player in NFL history to eclipse 2,000 rushing yards in a season this year.

This is Barkley's first season with the Eagles. He joined the franchise as a free agent on a three-year, $37.75 million contract this past offseason. The 27-year-old back became the ninth running back in NFL history to rush for 2,000 or more yards in a single season, finishing with 2,005 yards, eighth-most all-time.

Saquon Barkley has enjoyed a career year in his first season with the Philadelphia Eagles. His 2,005 yards rushing were an Eagles record and only 101 yards shy of Eric Dickerson’s season record.
