Jay-Z has issued a response to a lawsuit filed by Rymir Satterthwaite, a 32-year-old man who claims the rapper is his father.

It is owned by West Virginia billionaire Jim Justice and run by his son Jay, who lives in Roanoke. But size and a prominent family name did not equate to stability or excellence.
