The Red Flag Warning expired in San Diego and SDG&E has restored the power to areas shut off during the warning.
A red flag warning for critical fire danger, due to strong winds and low humidity, will remain in effect until 6 p.m.
"If fire ignition occurs, conditions are favorable for very rapid fire spread and extreme fire behavior," forecasters said.
