It was a shock to the Milwaukee Bucks when Damian Lillard was given a diagnosis of Deep Vein Thrombosis. The blood clots have him ruled out indefintiely. If Lillard is forced to miss time into the playoffs, the Bucks will have a much harder time making a deep run in the playoffs. They are a much better team when they have Lillard out there.

Bucks coach Doc Rivers said it would take "a committee" of players to fill Damian Lillard's void and offered his "emotional support" to the star guard, who is sidelined by deep vein thrombosis in his right calf.

He was then listed as out with a calf injury for two more games before the Bucks announced he would be out through the All-Star break. When healthy, Antetokounmpo has averaged 30.2 points and 12.0 rebounds while playing almost 34 minutes as the driving force of the Bucks' offense.
