TOLEDO, Ohio (WTVG) - The city of Toledo has agreed to a settlement in a lawsuit stemming from the 2020 George Floyd protests.

The victim was shot at an apartment complex on Byrne Road and was found in a vehicle just north of the scene. Police say there are no suspects at this time.
