Verizon customers unhappy with settlement money: ‘Absolutely ridiculous’
Verizon agreed to pay $100 million last year in order to settle a lawsuit related to monthly administration fees. Some customers who filed a claim to get a piece of that settlement just noticed they received their payment.
Verizon settlement payments are starting to roll out, though for some customers they are much smaller than what was promised.
