Tottenham Hotspur forward Dejan Kulusevski has undergone knee surgery and will miss the Europa League final. Tottenham confirmed Kulusevski, 25, had surgery on Wednesday after suffering an injury to his right patella during Sunday’s defeat to Crystal Palace.

Getting into the Champions League is "more important" than winning the trophy for Amorim because "Europa League here is not enough" and being in Europe's biggest cup competition is "the best way to help us get into the top in the next few years".
