A driver who authorities say exploded a Tesla Cybertruck outside the Trump International Hotel in Las Vegas last week used artificial intelligence to plan the blast, according to the Las Vegas Metropolitan Police Department.

The men, Master Sgt. Matthew Livelsberger and Shamsud-Din Jabbar, who were both killed in the incidents, never served in the same unit, according to unit histories provided by the Army.

Master Sgt. Matthew Livelsberger, a highly decorated Special Forces soldier with Ohio ties, had three recent visits for mental health treatment.
