The Florida Gators flip of four-star CJ Bronaugh from his long-time pledge to Nebraska has been the biggest addition to the class so far. The speedy defensive back, a top-100 recruit in the class, is one of the best corners in the state and now Florida’s highest rated prospect.

The Florida Gators have not started out the month of July in a good way when it comes to recruiting. They lost out on five-star recruit Cederian Morgan earlier in the day and have lost out on another five-star recruit in edge rusher Trenton Henderson.

Defensive back CJ Hester (6-1, 185, Cocoa, FL. High) committed to the Gators over Iowa and Georgia on Thursday afternoon. When Hester visited Gainesville in June for his official visit, he was able to meet with everyone and that stood out to him.
