Close races in Southwest Washington remained tight after elections officials released updated ballot counts Wednesday night.

Gluesenkamp Perez held the lead late Tuesday night, but tens of thousands of ballots remained to be counted in Clark and Cowlitz counties.

The race is currently too close to call, but Gluesenkamp Perez is leading by a narrow margin after initial results.
