Woot is offering three-month Xbox Game Pass Ultimate codes for only $36.49, which breaks down to roughly $8 less per month than the new official price.

First, the new tier and price changes. As of yesterday, there is a new tier of Xbox Game Pass called the "Standard" tier. This is replacing the previous standard tier of Xbox Game Pass on console. The difference is this new tier won't include day one games. These games may be added eventually, but there is no promise of this and no day one.

Replacing the now retired Game Pass for Console tier, the Standard plan is available for $14.99 / £10.99 per month. The Standard tier was first announced in July and was previously available in preview form for Xbox Insiders.
