(WCAX) - Authorities say one person is hospitalized and two juveniles face charges following a New Year’s Eve shooting in Rutland. It happened around 10:40 p.m. in the area of School Street.
Mayor Mike Doenges said the city first plans to get community feedback through a series of public meetings in January and February.
