Tuesday and Wednesday will see heavy rain and should be the wettest days across in months across central North Carolina.

The storm could bring 2-4 inches of snow to the city and even higher amounts to the north and west. Things start to clear out early on Sunday with improving travel conditions and breezy breaks.

I’m skeptical about that mild air making it north and west of Boston ... It’s a little too soon to discuss snow totals, though it looks like more than Thursday’s storm.
