Police say the motorcyclist suspected of being involved in a fatal Edmund Rd collision had a full-length left leg tattoo and was riding a black and gold Kawasaki Ninja 600cc bike.

On June 5, Jalen Ramsey committed to getting a full-leg tattoo in one session and had to go under anesthesia to finish it. The tattoo was done by the team at Lakimii Painless.
