Friends and family members of people detained in U.S. Immigration and Customs Enforcement raids are raising concerns over conditions inside detention centers in California.

One detainee called her husband from the downtown Los Angeles detention center and reportedly told him she feels harassed, is sleeping on the floor, and is huddling with other detainees to stay warm.
