The Tennessee Department of Transportation is reporting that a vehicle overturned on the highway, leading to traffic delays.

The speed limit on the western part of Interstate-90 has been dropped to 40 mph because of an ongoing snowstorm. The speed has been lowered from the New York border to Westfield as of about 4:30 p.m.
