United States (US)-based carrier, JetBlue Airways has pushed back the resumption of its flights to the Toussaint Louverture International Airport in Haiti, citing ongoing civil unrest and security concerns.

JetBlue Airways is extending its suspension of flights into Haiti’s main international airport in Port-au-Prince. Flights will remain suspended until at least June 11, a spokesman told the Miami Herald.

The limited-time sale applies to reservations made in the U.S. for nonstop flights that take off from the 48 contiguous states to select destinations. Reservations must been booked by March 31 for travel through May 22, with the exception of the blackout dates April 17 to 22. The deals apply to non-refundable fares in basic economy.

The trouble for JetBlue is that it offers a higher-end flight experience than other low-cost competitors, like Spirit, Frontier or Breeze, but it can’t profitably sell seats that match their low prices,
