Sean Michael Moinette, 46, was sentenced in U.S. District Court in Tacoma for his leadership role in a drug distribution network.
In other recorded calls, Moinette discussed using women as “live shipping containers” to transport fentanyl out of state and also considered transporting drugs by airplane to Alaska.
