Paul J. O’Brien was ordered held without bail Monday in Stoughton District Court, where he pleaded not guilty to two counts each of armed assault with intent to murder and assault and battery with a dangerous weapon, court records show.

One person is in custody and two people suffered serious injuries in a double stabbing in Stoughton on Sunday night, officials said.

Two people were taken to Boston hospitals with serious injuries after they were stabbed in Stoughton Sunday night, police said.
