Former ODI world champion Sri Lanka will begin a three-match ODI series against New Zealand with the first tie set to take place at Rangiri Dambulla International Stadium on Wednesday (November 13). The two-match T20I series between the two sides ended in a 1-1 draw with the Black Caps eking out a five-run win the low-scoring clash at the same venue in the second match.

The three-match ODI series between Sri Lanka and New Zealand get underway today in Dambulla. With the Champions Trophy set to take place in Pakistan (as of now), this is a good series to prepare for the tournament for the Kiwis.
