The Denver Nuggets will have the services of Jamal Murray against the Phoenix Suns on Christmas Day. This was confirmed by Nuggets coach Michale Malone prior to the start of the game in his pre-game press conference.

Murray, who missed the Nuggets' 117-90 victory over the Suns in Denver on Monday due to a right ankle sprain, is once again on the injury report ahead of the showdown on Christmas. Although the team has yet to release his official injury designation for Wednesday's game in Phoenix, Murray's status is to be determined.

After signing a max contract in the offseason, Jamal Murray has enjoyed a rocky start to the Denver Nuggets’ 2024-2025 NBA season. The 2023 NBA champions were counting on Murray being a worthy running mate to reigning MVP Nikola Jokic in the prime of his championship-winning window.
