U.S. Rep. Don Bacon was the only Republican to oppose a bill to codify Trump’s order to change the name of the Gulf of Mexico to the Gulf of America.

One of President Donald Trump's first moves when he returned to the Oval Office earlier this year was to direct federal government departments to change the name of the Gulf of Mexico to the Gulf of America.
