The celebration of the 100th anniversary of a treasured New Mexico tradition in 2025 was already underway last year when Zozobra took to the sky for the first time at the Balloon Festival in October.

Their latest scratchers commemorate the historic Burning of Zozobra. Last year, the New Mexico Lottery held a competition to select three artworks for the 2025 Zozobra scratcher tickets.
