UPDATE at 12:00 p.m. on 12/9/2025: The Wisconsin State Patrol has identified the driver who died after rear-ending a snowplow truck in I-94 as 48-year-old Sara Marie Sobieralski. She died from her injuries at at the hospital. The cause of the crash is still under investigation.

One person is dead after rear-ending a Waukesha County plow truck in the westbound lanes of Interstate 94 near Springdale Road on Monday. According to Waukesha County officials, just after 9 a.m., a driver in a dark colored SUV rear-ended the plow truck while it was actively clearing snow from the I-94 near Springdale Road.
