MAX Blue Line riders in the area will be served by shuttle buses arriving about every 10 minutes during most service hours.

The agency has hired more than a dozen people since the start of 2024 to work on platform and train cleaning. Crews are also focusing on removing graffiti.

After a three-year wait, TriMet riders can now take the MAX from Portland International ... Elmonica/SW 170th and Orenco. The map below shows where the Red Line extension starts and ends.

Most of the MAX system was still operating as of about 6:30 p.m., although TriMet said the Green, Orange and Yellow lines were unable to cross the Steel Bridge due to a signal issue.
