Ramona’s Restaurant in Beaumont will close on Saturday, Jan. 11The restaurant was founded in 1972 by World War II veteran Frank Mora Torres and his wife, Ramona V. Torres, whose black-and-white portrait hangs on a wall in the dining room and decorates the menu.
