The Quaker Oats Company today announced an expansion of the December 15, 2023, recall to include additional snack and protein bars because they have the potential to be contaminated with Salmonella.

Officials from the Food and Drug Administration (FDA) recently escalated the recall of certain Quaker Oats pancake mixes earlier this week, increasing the recall category to the most serious level.
