WWE Hall of Famer Ric Flair believes a popular 38-year-old star could be the best wrestler in the business at the moment.
This would wind up being Flair's last WrestleMania until 2002, and is also notable for introducing Shane McMahon as an onscreen character - he showed up as one of the officials trying to restrain Elizabeth and stop her from getting involved in the match.
The bill, known as the "Ric Flair Act" or "An Act to Remember Iconic Combatants Through Fostering Learning Awareness and Interest in Rassling," was sponsored by Senators Jay Chaudhuri of District 15, Danny Earl Britt of District 24 and Ralph Hise of District 47.
